Applicable law and dispute jurisdiction: The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws). The signing place of this agreement is Wuzhong District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, People's Republic of China.
